Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Shipments will take approximately 3-5 business days AFTER the 3 week turn around time for your tumbler to be made. These are handmade customized products and they take extra time. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination need to be disputed with the Postal Service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned undeliverable will be reshipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the Postal Service. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report in the event items are stolen.
